◆個人簡介
朱正發,男,漢族,中共黨員,1986年出生,工學博士,碩士研究生導師。
2009年6月畢業于中南大學,獲工學學士學位,2018年6月畢業于中南大學大學,獲工學博士學位。2018年入職長沙理工大學電氣學院。

◆科研成果
深度參與完成國家自然科學基金面上項目多項,完成多項企業橫向項目研發,獲得了中國鐵道學會科學技術獎二等獎。在《Soft Computing》、《IEEE International Conference on Communication》等國內外期刊和IEEE國際會議上發表SCI、EI和CSCD收錄論文十余篇,擔任《IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine》等多個國際學術期刊審稿人。
