◆個人簡介

朱正發，男，漢族，中共黨員，1986年出生，工學博士，碩士研究生導師。

2009年6月畢業于中南大學，獲工學學士學位，2018年6月畢業于中南大學大學，獲工學博士學位。2018年入職長沙理工大學電氣學院。

深度參與完成國家自然科學基金面上項目多項,完成多項企業橫向項目研發，獲得了中國鐵道學會科學技術獎二等獎。在《Soft Computing》、《IEEE International Conference on Communication》等國內外期刊和IEEE國際會議上發表SCI、EI和CSCD收錄論文十余篇，擔任《IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine》等多個國際學術期刊審稿人。
